working on Pre-Froyo (android 2.1 and lower) crashes. These are caused by trying to access audio focus, which didnt exist before froyo. This update is the latest attempt at squashing this bug

Features added - Volume can now be limited by both media/music volume and by notification
- Before, it was only set by notification volume, so if you were playing music on headphones the tones could be pretty loud.
- Note: volume setting from media/music is OFF by default (checkbox in app)
- Main screen now scrolls, for smaller devices
- Better documentation (good feedback from users)
Future - Probably should put some help about the binary tones and the preamble!

Beta released, to see if there are problems on any other phones out there. Also, there could be more customization of the chimes, but rather than guess what other people might like, wait for feedback. Possible future improvements: - adjustable volume (currently tied to notification directly: could have a relative factor here)
