Features added

• Volume can now be limited by both media/music volume and by notification
• Before, it was only set by notification volume, so if you were playing music on headphones the tones could be pretty loud.
• Note: volume setting from media/music is OFF by default (checkbox in app)
  
• Main screen now scrolls, for smaller devices
  
• Better documentation (good feedback from users)

• Probably should put some help about the binary tones and the preamble!
